RETURNS
All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase and must be submitted within 14 days of the original date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment). Depending on your bank, it may take several days for your refund to be reflected on your account.
SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be returned. All clearance/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@balmainhaircouture.ca. If your return is accepted, Balmain Hair Couture will send you instruction on how to hip the package back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
